We believe that skincare and sleep products are deeply personal and require careful consideration. To ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction, we offer a 14-day return option for purchases that are unused and which have not been used more than they could have been used in a physical store.
According to Võlaõigusseadus (VÕS) § 53 lg 4 p 4, certain items are unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons. These include products that:
Come into direct contact with the skin or body.
Cannot be guaranteed to be safe for reuse or resale after being opened or used.
Examples provided by TTJA include opened cosmetics (e.g., creams, lipsticks, mascaras) and clothing like underwear or swimwear once the hygiene seal is removed. Similarly, we believe our bedding and pillowcases fall into this category as they:
Are marketed as hygienic products, such as antibacterial or therapeutic items (e.g., Aino silk pillowcases for skin or hair health).
Have direct and prolonged contact with the skin, such as pillowcases or sheets.
Pose hygiene risks, such as sharing skin conditions, if returned after use.
Additional Consumer Responsibility under VÕS § 56² lg 4:
Under VÕS § 56² lg 4, the consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of a returned product only if the product was used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, properties, and functioning. Consumers should handle and inspect the product only as they would be allowed to in a physical store. If a product has been used beyond this, any depreciation in value due to such usage may be deducted from the refund amount.
If your product is unused, and in its original condition, and you would like to make a return, please follow these steps:

Return the product in its original, and undamaged condition.
Once we receive the product and confirm it meets return eligibility, we will process your refund maximum within 3 business days.
Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and undamaged.
Exclusions: If a product is custom-made and the shop has indicated before purchase that “This product is made to order and custom-made orders may take up to 14 business days to ship after the purchase,” such products cannot be returned.
Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
This policy ensures compliance with VÕS § 53 lg 4 p 4, VÕS § 56² lg 4, and TTJA guidelines, aligning with national and EU consumer protection regulations.

Any disputes arising shall first be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled in the Harju County Court in Estonia.
