Welcome to Aino Skincare. We sell the most affordable luxury bedding that is made for way more than sleeping. Our antibacterial products, with silver threads woven in, work by using silver ions’ natural antimicrobial properties to kill off the bacteria that cause acne, and worsen atopic dermatitis and eczema. We are here to deliver a new line of sleep skincare with the best quality and science.
The general terms and conditions apply to legal relationships that emerge between a customer of Aino Skincare (hereinafter Buyer) and the owner of the site and brand, Sundog Ventures OÜ (hereinafter We, Us).

Skincare really is not one-size-fits-all. We understand it and that’s why we offer 30 days return for all our products if they are not used, still in prime condition and can be resold. If you want to return the products, email Us at email@example.com and then send the products back to us for a full refund.
Returned goods must not be used and must be in original packaging. If the customer discovers, upon receiving the goods, that the wrong or defective goods have been sent to them or the goods can not reach the customer in good condition and in a closed package, the customer must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are responsible for all the damages that happen during the transportation. Upon receipt of the goods, the risk of damage to or loss of the goods will pass on to the customer.
We take quality control of our products very seriously and have time-stamp verification before sending products out and after receiving the packages for any further claims. We have the full right to cancel the order and refund the customer in full in case there was a problem with order, product or inventory.
We are liable for nonconforming goods during a period of 2 (two) years from delivery of the goods to the Buyer. Upon sale of goods to the Buyer it is presumed that any non-conformity to contractual terms and conditions revealed within 1 year from the day the goods were delivered to the Buyer was present upon handover of the goods, unless said presumption is contrary to the nature of the product or defect. The Buyer undertakes to immediately inform Us of any nonconforming goods within 2 (two) months at the latest i.e. to submit a complaint.
Buyers are recommended to submit complaints via e-mail to email@example.com. A complaint is to contain the name and contact details of the Buyer, the date of the complaint, the defect of the goods, and the content of the complaint; a document proving the purchase is to be attached. We are obligated to respond to the complaint within 15 days of receiving the complaint.
We are not liable for damage or any other consequence caused by incorrect information submitted by the Buyer upon completing an order, including delays in delivery if the delay is caused by circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for damage caused by abnormal use or storage of ordered goods. Disputes between the Us and the Buyer are resolved by negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the Buyer, so as to protect their rights, has the right to recourse to the Consumer Protection Board, the consumer complaints committee or Harju County Court.
Privacy & Safety
All our packages are discrete and being sent in fully closed eco-friendly packages. If there is any tampering made to the package, please let us know as the product might have been damaged. All data and information about orders are kept safe according to The EU General Data Protection Regulation that went into effect on May 25, 2018. In case you wish us to delete any of the data about your order, please let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
